REVIEW DRAFT · NOT YET EFFECTIVE

Job Search Concierge
draft terms.

Practical boundaries for a small pilot. Pricing, refund allocations, privacy operations and delivery readiness need approval before payment. This is not legal advice or a claim of established legal compliance.

1. What the pilot covers

Proposed price: $499 upfront for a two-week campaign after mutually agreed onboarding and start date. One role family, agreed location requirements and salary floor. Resume cleanup, up to two variants within that role family, one consolidated revision round, an approved answer bank, search and assistance for up to 20 unique matching openings, a tracker, two progress reports and one 30-minute adjustment call. No automatic renewal.

2. Authorization is specific and revocable

An interest form is permission to discuss the service only. Before delivery, we need your written target rubric, employer exclusions, accurate history, material approval and a source-specific authorization identifying which actions we may take. We ask before new legal or sensitive answers, account creation, additional spending or actions outside that authority. You may revoke future action by emailing justin@fixaresume.com. Revocation cannot undo applications already submitted.

You handle authentication, security challenges, assessments, identity checks and attestations requiring you personally. We do not ask for passwords through email or public forms. Any later delegated access must be permitted by the source and separately documented. Do not share an account if its rules prohibit it.

3. What counts as work, and what counts as submitted

A matching opening is a unique, currently open role that passes your approved criteria and duplicate checks. A materially prepared, reviewed application packet or permitted application assistance counts toward the support cap, even if you must submit it. A bare link, duplicate, skipped job or blocked attempt without a usable packet does not.

Submitted means evidence such as a confirmation page or receipt verifies submission. Prepared means not submitted. Blocked means an obstacle remains and it is not submitted. Skipped means no application pursued. We identify who submitted each application and never count client handoffs or reconciliation of old receipts as new operator submissions.

4. Insufficient openings and site blockers

We assess supply before taking payment and decline or rescope if the search appears unsuitable. If supply drops, we report it promptly. You choose whether to keep the original scope, approve changed criteria, agree once to an extension of up to seven calendar days without extra charge, or stop with the unused-work refund below. No automatic broadening, replacement jobs or extensions.

We stop at prohibited automation, CAPTCHA, account restrictions or questions we cannot truthfully answer. We record the reason and hand off permitted materials. We do not bypass a restriction. Assistance availability is source-specific; no platform-wide submission promise is made.

5. Client responsibilities and timing

You supply truthful facts, previous-application history and current preferences; review the documents and answer bank; respond ideally within two business days; and monitor your inbox. You manage employer replies and interviews. Delays and schedule changes must be recorded and agreed. They do not create unlimited support or a forfeiture of all unused fees.

6. Exclusions

No unlimited revisions, additional role families, fabricated achievements or qualifications, assessments, security bypass, prohibited automation, recruiter outreach, interview coaching or continuing reply management. No guarantee of a particular number of completed applications, interviews, salary, offer or employment. Human supervision and client permission do not override source restrictions.

LinkedIn and Indeed automated applications are excluded. Employer ATS sites and official posting APIs are evaluated for the specific employer, source and action. A public job-listing API does not authorize submission through it.

7. Proposed cancellation and refund schedule

Full refund before work starts. After work starts, refund the undelivered portions using this proposed $499 allocation: $149 for the completed resume/variants/answer-bank package; $12.50 for each materially supported matching opening, up to $250; $25 for each delivered progress report, up to $50; and $50 for the completed adjustment call. No charge for an untouched blocked link or a skipped opening. Delivered work is itemized; no hourly penalties or retroactive extra fees.

The $149 portion is earned only when that agreed package has been delivered and its factual corrections resolved. An eligible prepared packet can earn its support allocation without a submission, but must be clearly labeled. If FAR ends the campaign, the same unused-work refund applies. Proposed processing target: initiate approved refunds within five business days; bank timing can vary. These allocations and applicable cancellation rights need owner and legal review before sale.

8. Interest privacy notice and proposed campaign policy

The interest-form collection and use described below apply when you request information. The paid-service terms and campaign retention schedule remain proposals, not a purchased service agreement.

The public interest form collects name, email, target roles, location, work arrangement and optional salary floor/basic requirements. It does not accept files. Do not include passwords, identity documents, medical information, background disclosures or sensitive screening answers. Basic automated filtering is only a precaution and cannot detect all sensitive content.

Interest information is stored in a separate inquiry table connected to FAR's CRM for manual fit review and follow-up. It is not automatically added to resume fulfillment, paid orders or marketing. Hosting and database providers process the inquiry. The review preview accepts synthetic example.com entries into isolated review storage; do not enter real personal details there.

Before paid onboarding, FAR must disclose the approved AI/hosting/storage providers and their access and retention terms. AI may assist with research and drafting, with human checks. Client materials must not enter personal agent memories or another client's workspace. No sale of client information or use as a testimonial/training example without separate permission.

Proposed retention: inactive interest records deleted after 90 days; working resumes, answer banks and application receipts deleted 30 days after campaign handoff unless you request earlier deletion or agree to a specific extension. Browser sessions should be revoked and removed promptly at closure. Minimum payment/accounting records may be retained longer where required; the exact period and backup expiration must be documented before launch.

Ask for access, correction or deletion at justin@fixaresume.com. Verify identity through the existing contact channel, not an unsolicited identity-document request. Proposed handling target: acknowledge within five business days and remove eligible active copies within 30 days. Record any legal hold, backup delay or third-party limitation. FAR cannot delete an employer's copy of a submitted application and should help you identify the relevant employer contact.

9. Launch gates

No payment, start date or service commitment until scope, terms, source permissions, secure per-client delivery, privacy operations and payment routing are approved. These drafts need review for the business's actual jurisdictions, cancellation obligations, employment-service rules and provider agreements.
